Can I access my unit 24 hours a day? Our access hours are from 6 am to 10 pm. This allows us to secure our facility with video surveillance to protect our tenants.
Do you have security on-site? Yes! Our facility is protected with 24/7 video surveillance throughout the property. We also use controlled gate access to help ensure only authorized customers enter.
Can I access my RV or boat outside of normal hours? For security reasons, access is limited to 6 AM–10 PM. If you have a special situation, feel free to reach out and we’ll see how we can help.
Are the storage spaces covered or uncovered? We offer covered storage spaces designed to shield your RV or boat from sun, rain, and other Texas weather conditions. We do offer open storage as well but it is limited to 8 spots so if your interested act quickly.
What size RVs and boats can you accommodate? We can store a wide range of vehicle sizes—from small travel trailers and fishing boats to large Class A motorhomes and offshore boats. Just let us know your length and height, and we’ll match you with the right space.
How do I get started with renting a space? It’s easy! You can reserve a spot online, Once you choose your spot you will be sent docu sign lease agreements to sign electronically Once that is complete you will be e mailed the access codes you need to get into the gate.
Is the facility well-lit at night? Yes, the property has bright, motion-activated lighting to help you feel safe and comfortable during early-morning or late-evening visits.
Can I power or plug in my RV while in storage? Yes, you will have one plug of 15 amps to charge your batteries.
Is month-to-month storage available? Absolutely. We offer flexible month-to-month plans, so you're never locked into a long-term contract unless you want one.
Can I work on my RV or boat at the facility? Light maintenance—like checking fluids or preparing for a trip—is usually fine. For major repairs, give us a call so we can let you know what’s allowed.
Do you offer autopay or online billing? Yes! You can manage your account, make payments, or set up autopay online—quick and easy.
What if I need to cancel? Just let us know before your next billing cycle. There are no cancellation fees on month-to-month plans.
